Start making sense. The World2Rights approach to legalising cannabis. You do this our way or you don't do it at all.

1. Cannabis should only be available to buy and consume on special licensed premises on certain dates. The number of outlets and events will be strictly limited (probably at weekends and only in major towns and cities).

2. The product formats will be strictly controlled - controlled doses and not combined with tobacco. It will be illegal to attempt to change the format or dose, or to try to remove cannabis from the premises.

3. All visitors will be required to sign a disclaimer drawing attention to the harmful effects of excessive use of cannabis. And all purchases will be made with debit or credit cards. This will also help licensees to prevent excessive use.

4. Licensing will be used to guarantee an ethical and crime-free supply chain, from start to finish. This will create business opportunities for honest small-scale producers and for security-conscious entertainment venues.

5. The controlled legalisation of cannabis can only be achieved in balance with the most severe crackdown on illegal drugs ever seen in this country.

6. There is no reason to re-classify Cannabis from class C. The police certainly do have higher priorities, but they should be given the power to impose a large fiscal fine, of at least £200, for illegal possession (outside of the licensed venues and events).

Here World2Rights has provided a framework for people to enjoy the occasional use of cannabis.

You may not agree with all of the stringent conditions outlined here. In which case cannabis should not be legalised. You do this the World2Rights way or you don't do it at all.
